Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 7 Pro: All we recognize about specifications, features and price
Redmi Note 7 Pro

Xiaomi is anticipated to launch Redmi Note 7 Pro at the time of Chinese New Year, which starts today February 5, 2019. There have been quite a number of leaks doing the rounds on the internet concerning the features and specifications of Redmi Note 7 Pro.

As per a Weibo post by Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun, the Redmi Note 7 Pro might have a 6GB RAM and 128GB storage space. As a successor of the Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 7 Pro is predictable to have better features than the end. Here is everything we recognize about the soon to be launched Redmi phone.

Redmi Note 7 Pro: Processor

Since Redmi Note 7 comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, its successor will also have the same processor or it will sport an improved version. Previous leaks include claimed that Redmi Note 7 Pro will be power-driven by Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor, instead of 660. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 is extra powerful and newer series from the company. The processor is clocked at 2.0 GHz and supports triple cameras as fine.

Redmi Note 7 Pro: RAM and internal storage

Redmi Note 7 arrives in three variants– 3GB+32GB version, 4GB+64GB edition and 6GB+64GB version. However, Xiaomi CEO’s post recommends that the Redmi might go directly for the 6GB RAM options, ditching the 3GB RAM variant. This means that the phone possibly will have 4GB RAM, 6GB RAM variant. The 6GB RAM variant will probably come with 128GB storage space.

Redmi Note 7 Pro: Camera

Redmi Note 7 Pro will likely have the similar 13 MP front camera as speckled in the Redmi Note 7. However, Redmi Note 7 Pro will arrive with a 48MP Sony IMX 586 primary sensor on the back unlike the Redmi Note 7’s 48MP Samsung ISOCELL GM1 sensor. The main dual camera arrangement will also have a secondary 5MP sensor.

Redmi Note 7 Pro: Design, display, and battery

Redmi Note 7 Pro will carry on with glass chassis design of Redmi Note 7 along with a similar 4000 mAh battery and the equal 6.3-inch full HD+ display with 2340 X 1080 resolutions as seen in Redmi Note 7.

Redmi Note 7 Pro: Price

Unlikely Redmi Note 7 Pro, which is priced at 999 Yuan (INR Rs 10,000) for 3GB RAM/32GB internal storage space, 1,199 Yuan (INR Rs 12,000) for 4GB RAM/64GB internal storage, and 1,399 Yuan (INR Rs 14,000) for 6GB RAM/64GB internal storage space version, Redmi Note 7 Pro will be priced at 1,499 Yuan, as claimed by leaks. The price approximately translates to Rs 16,000.

Xiaomi co-founder demos next gen display fingerprint scanner

When the president and co-founder of a company himself start posting the sample videos of their new technology, then it must mean they’re truly pretty excited about it. Xiaomi’s Lin Bin posted a video on Chinese social site Weibo, presentation off their next age group under display fingerprint scanner. Granted what he’s presentation off is just a smartphone prototype but this show that there are better things coming when it comes to biometric knowledge, at the smallest amount as far as the Chinese OEM is concerned.

Xiaomi isn’t essentially known for its ground-breaking technology and novelty but they’re trying to catch up with their competitors. This latest fingerprint scanner allows you to unlock your phone by placing your finger practically where on your device’s screen. Of course, you’ll require to set up that particular finger but it only takes one touch to add your fingerprint to your phone’s system.

Your unlocking area on the phone is approximately 50 x 25 mm, which is additional than 5 times the usual under display area. It is also 15 times superior to the current scanner that is found on the back of most Xiaomi devices. Based on what was exposed in the video, it seems to work attractive fast and is also reliable enough that there were no errors. You can even unlock it when you’re not looking at the display screen itself.

The test phone looked like the front of the Xiaomi Mi 8. But Bin said that they are allowing for putting it in later devices if people react well to it. Given that there is a shout for more genuine estate on their phone screens now, we think people would desire to have this kind of UD fingerprint scanner.

Xiaomi Mi 9 and Mi Mix 4 tipped for Snapdragon 855 SoCs and triple cameras

Xiaomi Mi 9 and Mi Mix 4 tipped for Snapdragon 855 SoCs and triple cameras
Xiaomi Mi Mix 3

The Xiaomi Mi 9 will be Xiaomi’s first phone to feature a triple rear camera arrangement, according to new speculation from ITHome. The Chinese language tech site reported on Dec. 28 that both the Mi 9 and Mi Mix 4 would feature the camera configuration, citing a report from Hong Kong exchange group GF Securities.

ITHome proposes the phones would feature this camera system in addition to Snapdragon 855 SoCs. This appears likely, seeing as the Mi and Mix series’ phones typically pack the latest flagship chipsets from Qualcomm.

The triple camera smartphone trend is predicted to be in full swing next year after being seen on numerous Android phones in 2018. Global number one smartphone manufacturer Samsung is said to be using this approach on at least one device in its Galaxy S10 series.

However, ITHome also proposes the Mi Mix 4 will make use of a periscope lens — something which is still uncommon in the Android world. A periscope lens is said to offer bigger optical zoom abilities compared to other smartphone camera lenses while being a similar size.

Current rumors advise the Xiaomi Mi 9 will come with a 6.4-inch display, 3,700mAh battery, and as much as 10GB of RAM.

We haven’t met much speculation regarding the Mi Mix 4 and it seems fairly early for rumors — Xiaomi only recently familiarized a new phone in the Mi Mix series, the sliding Mi Mix 3. It’s possible the fourth-generation device is on the horizon, but it appears more likely that an upgraded Mi Mix 3S variant would attain in the near future, perhaps in the Spring (the Mi Mix 2S was released last April).

Regardless, I’ve high expectations for the upcoming Xiaomi flagships given the Chinese OEM’s recent track record. Are you eager for the new Xiaomi phones? Let me distinguish your thoughts in the comments.

Xiaomi may be works on 48MP camera phone teased

48 MP Pixel Camera

Not many people may understand it but Samsung has exposed a 48MP Samsung ISO CELL Bright GM1 a few weeks ago. It launched together with a 32MP ISO CELL Bright GD1. The 32MP is powerful previously so the 48MP unit maybe too much. But of course, mobile photography enthusiasts won’t say that solet’s just wait for further information. Any related report is interesting because we trust phone cameras can still be improved in numerous ways. The more megapixels, the better? It’s not always the case but we’re feeling positive about the opportunity of a 48MP camera on a Xiaomi phone.

A teaser was exposed off by the Xiaomi president Lin Bin,featuring a 48MP camera phone. That is too good to be true but such highmegapixel isn’t impossible. For one, Huawei was able to contain a 40MP lens onthe P20 Pro and Huawei Mate 20 Pro as part of the triple camera arrangement.

The 40MP to 48MP isn’t a big of a jump but we’re curious how a phone will be able to process captured images together with a double LED flash. They mainly turn to software but it’s still always decent to see how a device performs.

Xiaomi has forever been recognized to wow the audience by introducing inventions. It may no longer be the top Chinese OEM but it’s absolutely the more popular and more prolific brands.
