LG Exposed New 5G Smartphone V50ThinQ to be Launch Next Month

LG Expose New Smartphone 5G V50 ThinQ to be next month
LG V50 ThinQ

LG is launching a 5G smartphone. We are positive of this because the other South Korean tech giant has been mentioning the idea of a 5G phone. It will be speedier and cooler and will be one of the first few 5G phones to be released in the market. Other OEMs like Huawei, Samsung, Vivo, OPPO, and Xiaomi are also probable to introduce 5G phones so LG has a lot of challenges once the LG V50 ThinQ is announced in March. So after the LG G8 ThinQ, anticipate this year’s V series phone to be unveiled.

LG has previously confirmed the first 5G phone will be the LG V50 ThinQ. Since its launch will be March, we’re certain it will rival Samsung’s very own Galaxy S10 5G alternative.

The company will announce the LG G8 and LG V50 5G at next month’s MWC event in Barcelona. We’re told the LG G8 will only arrive with 4G LTE. That’s okay because the V50 will have 5G support.

It’s relatively the latest technology but people int the Android community are excited about the speed, giving the consumers endless possibilities. The LG G8 and LG V50’s timing of the release is a first because usually, the next-gen LG V phone is announced in the previous quarter of each year. The LG V40 ThinQ was announced only in October.

LG’s V50 5G phone comes prepared with a large 6-inch screen, 4000mAh battery, Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, a water-cooling system, and the latest UI. The device has the potential to be big because it’s one of the first 5G phones that will be obtainable in South Korea first and then Europe and North America.

Price of the LG V50 ThinQ could go everything between 1.3 million and 1.5 million– $1,163 and $1,341.

HMD Global schedules MWC 2019 event for February 24, Nokia 9 PureView and Nokia 6.2 anticipated

The key selling point of Nokia 9 PureView will be its Zeiss-certified five cameras on the back

Nokia 9 PureView

HMD Global will grasp its MWC 2019 event on February 24, the company’s CPO Juho Sarvikas tweeted the launch date. Sarvikas didn’t confirm which products will be announced at the Barcelona tech show. However, it’s being speculated the Finnish company will lastly showcase the Nokia 9 PureView and Nokia 6.2.

We are pregnant some big news at HMD Global’s MWC 2019 occasion. New leaks and reports confirm the imminent launch of Nokia 9 PureView next to the Nokia 6.2. Changes are high the company will show off the Nokia 9 PureView. The phone has been one of the most predictable smartphones to hit retail shelves this year. The key selling point of Nokia 9 PureView will be its Zeiss-certified five cameras on the back.

Nokia 9 PureView is predictable to sport a 5.99-inch QHD+ screen and HDR10 support. Under the hood, the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 845 processor coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB of inside memory. It could also be the first smartphone from HMD Global to feature an in-display fingerprint scanner. The Android One-branded phone will come pre-installed with Android 9.0 Pie out-of-the-box.

A second device, however, is said to the Nokia 6.2. It’s supposed to be the company’s first smartphone with the hole-punch display. Expect the smartphone to sport a 6.2-inch display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 processor, and 4GB/6GB RAM.

Samsung unveiled its heavily predictable foldable phone to developers in San Francisco on Wednesday, urging Android programmers to start writing apps for the product it expects to bring in the new year. Jane Lanhee Lee reports.

What remnants to be seen if there’s a “one more thing” surprise at the occasion. Whether more than two smartphones will be announced is unclear at this stage. Nevertheless, the declaration of Nokia 9 PureView is more than sufficient, given the fact that the Nokia 9 will be HMD Global’s first smartphone with the PureView brand. The last PureView-branded smartphone was the Nokia 1020, launched in 2013.

We will identify more about HMD Global’s plans on February 24 in Barcelona, Spain. MWC kicks off in Barcelona on February 25 and will continue through February 28.

HMD brings Nokia phones to Verizon, Cricket Wireless, and Rogers

Nokia 3.1 Plus

HMD Global has announced latest deals with Cricket Wireless, Verizon, and Canada’s Rogers wireless providers. Under these deals, HMD will offer Nokia phones in the US and Canada straight through carriers, kicking things off with the Nokia 3.1 Plus for Cricket and Nokia 2 V for Verizon. The carrier partnership joins HMD’s online sales, which have taken place through Amazon, Best Buy, and choose other partners.

HMD calls these new partnerships “a usual next step” for its Nokia brand, one that’ll allow customers in the US and Canada to purchase one of the handsets directly from their carrier rather than through an online seller like Amazon. As the division of these deals, HMD has taken the hush-up off two Nokia phones for Verizon and Cricket.

The first, the Nokia 3.1 Plus, is a 5.99-inch HD+ 18:9 handset with a 3500mAh battery, back dual camera featuring 13MP and 5MP sensors, an 8MP front-facing camera, Snapdragon 439 mobile platform, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of ROM, and, of course, Android. The handset is obtainable through Cricket Wireless stores and website for $159.99 USD starting today.

The combination that model is the Nokia 2 V, the first Nokia phone to be accessible on Verizon. This model features a 5.5-inch “HD” display paired with a 4,000mAh battery, dual front-facing speakers, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 64-bit mobile platform.

The model similarly features a 5-megapixel front camera and an 8-megapixel back camera, 8GB of storage, and a microSD card slot withholds up for card capacities up to 128GB in silver and blue colors. This model will be obtainable through Verizon’s website and stores starting on January 31, but a price hasn’t been exposed yet.

Leaked press renders of LG G8 ThinQ recommend innovative leaks were right

A professional render of the LG G8 ThinQ.

LG G8 ThinQ

Last week, consistent leaker @OnLeaks (via 91Mobiles) shared some renders supposedly depicting the LG G8 ThinQ. Even hardcore LG fans were dismayed to see that the renders show a phone that looks very similar to previous year’s flagship offerings from the company.

LG take to Twitter to claim those renders were incorrect and didn’t precisely represent the final product. That gave us some hope that maybe the LG G8 would be dissimilar.

Alas, we now have leaked press renders of the last product (via XDA Developers) and, as we expected, the device looks pretty much the similar as it did in @OnLeaks renders.

Leaked press renders allegedly of the LG G8 ThinQ.

Unless we’re mislaid something, these press renders are a deceased ringer for the originally-leaked renders.

Just to clarify, @OnLeaks develops his renders from CAD files which are spread to the factories where the devices are put together. @OnLeaks creates a mock-up of the device from those files.

However, these press renders are dissimilar: these are created by LG itself. If this press renders are legit, this is accurately what the LG G8 ThinQ will look like, arrogant there are no last-minute changes in the pipeline.

As expected, the device looks extremely like to the LG G7 ThinQ, with the only significant changes being the addition of a second camera on the front and the taking away of the speaker grille in the notch. The dual cameras on the back are reconfigured and appear to be more recessed into the body of the device, as well. Other than that, though, this looks just like previous year’s G7.

At least the headphone jack is still there.

We still don’t distinguish about the specs of the device. We do, however, have a niggling suspicion that there might be a second screen accessory existing with the G8, which could be pretty interesting. There’s also a rumor about a new LG phone working without you having to feel the device.

It’s widely speculated that LG will launch the LG G8 ThinQ at Mobile World Congress towards the end of February. We’ll discover out everything then.

LG to launch 5G smartphone with Snapdragon 855 at MWC 2019

LG to launch 5G smartphone with Snapdragon 855 at MWC 2019

LG will reveal its first 5G smartphone at this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC) on February 24 in Barcelona, Spain. The smartphone, which the company did not name until now, will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 processor. The chipset will be 45 percent faster than the previous generation processor, the business said.

In the press release, LG said that its 5G-ready smartphone will arrive with something called ‘Vapor Chamber’ that will help it defend from excessive heat. According to LG, this technique ensures more heat-proof performance than accessible heat pipes. The phone will be backed by a 4,000mAh battery.

North America, South Korea, and Europe will be expected be one of the first few markets where LG will bring its 5G smartphone. In August, LG said it plans to launch a 5G smartphone US network operator Sprint in the first half of 2019. In Europe, LG said it has collaborated with numerous operators for the launch of its 5G smartphone.

LG is also rumoured to show off its G8 flagship smartphone at a similar event on February 24. The high-end smartphone is probable to arrive with a secondary display that you can attach and detach, as per your convenience.

South Korea’s LG Electronics said on Tuesday its fourth-quarter operating earnings likely plummeted 80 percent from the similar period a year earlier, falling well below analyst expectations.

It’s also being said that the G8 will have some sort of touchless gestures, though we are not attentive of how they really work. Previously there were rumours that the G8 ThinQ could feature a 3D camera and a sound on display technology.

LG plans to announce numerous new smartphones on February 24. MWC 2019 kicks off on February 25 and will continue till February 28. Major companies counting Sony, HMD Global (Nokia) and Oppo have plans to set up new flagships during the annual Mobile World Congress (MWC) tech trade show.

Samsung Galaxy S10+ camera specifications will be more powerful, see here

Samsung Galaxy S10+ camera specifications will be more powerful, see here

Samsung Galaxy S10 is all set to launch on February 20 this year. The tenth anniversary Galaxy phone from Samsung will probably have advanced camera technology on the orders of Lee Jae-Yong, the heir obvious of the company, as reported by Korean Herald.

The report quotes a Samsung executive saying that the company is working on improving camera functions for smartphone photography that has been measured a weakness on the accessible Galaxy phones.

Commenting on why Lee Jae-Yong made such a conclusion, the official said that previous year Lee visited Europe where he stopped up by a smartphone retailer. He asked the personal preferences of a store employee, who favored iPhone over Galaxy citing improved camera quality of the former.

“The issue was about how the excellence of pictures taken on the Galaxy smartphones was felt by individual users,” the Samsung administrator said notes the report.

“Some users say Galaxy pictures are much additional vivid, which is a reason why they prefer Galaxy phones, but some others say such brightness causes fatigue in eyes, describing the colors as being too sharp,” he added.

The official also said that iPhone seems better in creating sentimental photographs that are related to the eyes, so Samsung is seeking to get better with Galaxy in this area. With Samsung Galaxy phones, the pictures are much more soaked, and if the report is true, the company could change all of this. This would engage not just hardware tweaks, but also software tweaks.

The new sensor in Samsung Galaxy S10
There are speculations that Samsung could adopt the most recent image sensor branded ‘ISOCELL Slim 3T2’. The 5.1 mm image sensor is the smallest for a smartphone camera module. It can deliver 20MP declaration for both rear and front cameras.

The report mentions the timing of mass manufacture of these sensors coinciding with the launch of Samsung Galaxy S10 as the basis for its speculation. Samsung is predictable to introduce triple cameras on the Galaxy S10+ variant, while the Galaxy S10 5G and Bolt variant could have quad-cameras at the back. The Galaxy S10 series could also sport dual-front cameras with the Infinity-o-display.

Samsung Galaxy S10 specifications
At the launch event, Samsung is predictable to launch three variants of Samsung Galaxy S10, namely S10 Lite, S10, and S10 Plus. All variants of the phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor for the US market or the Exynos 9820 processor for markets like India.

The 5.8-inch 2K+ SAMOLED display of Galaxy S10 and 6.3-inch SAMOLED display of Galaxy S10 Plus will have a cut-out or hole for the frontage camera. Samsung is calling this an Infinity-o display.

A Galaxy S10 Lite will also be introduced with a flat display, single back, and front camera. The Galaxy S10 will also see the company adding up an in-display fingerprint scanner. The Galaxy S10 5G and Bolt variant will come with 5G-ready capabilities and could be introduced later.

Galaxy S10 leak leaves little left for Samsung to declare

Galaxy S10 leak leaves little left for Samsung to declare

Galaxy S10

It’s really no surprise that Samsung’s next flagship would have previously been leaked to death by now. In adding to being the next big thing for the world’s biggest smartphone maker, the Galaxy S10 trio (or quartet) is also predictable to come with some of the biggest changes ever in a Samsung Galaxy phone. But while most of the design and hardware are identified by now, some details like accessibility are still an open question. That is until this leak came along.

It is, of course, important to recognize what you’re receiving into when looking into buying the latest phone, especially the latest Samsung Galaxy S flagship. As Italian site TuttoAndroid recapped, there will be three models to prefer from this year. There’s the 5.8-inch Galaxy S10 Lite with its double cameras and flat screen, the 6.1-inch “base” Galaxy S10 with a single punch hole selfie camera and three cameras on its back, and the 6.4-inch Galaxy S10+ that has a larger oblong hole on its face.

Just as important, however, is significant how much you’ll be spending on which model. Complicating matters is that there will really be six phones to choose from, depending on the memory configuration. And, of course, they come with dissimilar price tags:

• Galaxy S10 Lite (6 GB RAM/128 GB storage) – 779 EUR ($908)
• Galaxy S10 (6 GB RAM/128 GB storage) – 929 EUR ($1,056)
• Galaxy S10 (8 GB RAM/512 GB storage) – 1,179 EUR ($1,340)
• Galaxy S10+ (6 GB RAM/128 GB storage) – 1,049 EUR ($1,192)
• Galaxy S10+ (8 GB RAM/512 GB storage) – 1,299 EUR ($1,477)
• Galaxy S10+ (12 GB RAM/1 TB storage) – 1,599 EUR ($1,817)

Of course, these prices can vary depending on the region and market, but it should provide an idea of the general ballpark figures for these not so economical phones. It is also noted that all phones will come in Black and White and Green colors but the Galaxy S10 Lite will have a Yellow alternative. The Galaxy S10+ will also have two special version but their source claims there is no ceramic model as leaked before.

Samsung Galaxy S10+ ceramic variant to have 12GB RAM, 1TB storage space: Report

Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10 Plus, Galaxy S10 Plus ceramic edition, Galaxy S10 Plus ceramic variant price, Galaxy S10 launch, Galaxy S10 price in India, Galaxy S10 Lite

Samsung’s imminent Galaxy S10 is expected to be made obtainable in three variants, when the flagship phone gets launched in San Francisco on January 20. And currently, Ice Universe, popular phone leaker on Twitter, claims that the top-end version of the Galaxy S10 flagship could ship with 12GB RAM and 1TB internal storage space.

Noted tipster Ice Universe believes that Samsung plans to launch the ceramic version of the Galaxy S10+. Apparently, it will also arrive 12GB RAM and 1TB of internal storage. The tweet also said that the ceramic is made via a unique process that only makes it scratch defiant but also “resistant to falling”. Going by this logic, the handset will talented to survive more drops than the glass variant. However, the special feature gives the phone a bit more heaviness.

But the Galaxy S10+ isn’t going to be the first smartphone with a ceramic backside. Xiaomi and Essential are previously selling smartphones with a ceramic back. In fact, Xiaomi launched its Mi Mix with a ceramic back in 2016.

The launch of the Galaxy S10 is going to take place in San Francisco on January 20. Instead of launching two variants of the Galaxy S10, there will be three models in total: the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, and Galaxy S10E. Early estimates advise the smartphone to cost $710 for the base model and $1800 for the top-end model. There are plans to launch a 5G-ready variant of the Galaxy S10 at the similar Galaxy Unpacked event in San Francisco. Samsung previously previewed its 5G-enabled prototype smartphone at this year’s CES in Las Vegas.

Galaxy S10 could include “swipe to selfie” feature

Galaxy S10 could have “swipe to selfie” feature

One of the highlights of Samsung’s imminent flagship will possibly also be it is most contentious. Never mind the notch, Samsung has moved out with a punch hole for the Galaxy S10 instead. Of course, it will do the whole thing it can to sell that feature, or misfeature if you will, like a spinning light or glow to indicate its attendance and activity. It turns out, it might also have another feature that apparently makes use of that dead space to immediately launch the camera app into Selfie mode.

This information isn’t exactly a leak, even though it comes from the @Ice universe. It is, instead, more conjecture based on such a feature that previously exists on the Galaxy A8s. And since that is Samsung first punch hole phone and supposed to be the Galaxy S10’s precursor, chances are the latter will have it too.

Although the hole for that camera is dead when it comes to pixels, it apparently still touches responsive. A less known feature of the Galaxy A8s is that you can swipe down from that punch hole to launch the camera app instantly in Selfie mode.

It’s definitely an expedient trick but doesn’t expect to execute it with one hand only. Depending on how you hold your phone, you’ll have to stretch out your thumb to perform the gesture. At best, it reduces what would usually be at least two to three taps into one swipe.

Is it leaving to help sell the punch hole design? Probably not. This hidden feature is less of justification and more of a compensation. But just as with the notch, perhaps users will finally get used to it and mentally become blind to it, particularly if more and more smartphone makers adopt the same design.

These latest LG G8 ThinQ renders will look extremely very familiar

These latest LG G8 ThinQ renders will look extremely very familiar

Trusted smartphone leaker @OnLeaks just shared a set of renders supposedly depicting the imminent LG G8 ThinQ over at 91Mobiles.

If you just took a quick glance, you would be forgiven in thoughts that these are just the renders for the LG G7 ThinQ, since they look extraordinarily the same. If you provide a closer inspection, you can see there are absolutely some differences. However, from an overall design point-of-view, the LG G8 ThinQ looks like it will be more of the similar from LG.

Just for the sake of comparison, here are the leaked renders of the LG G7 ThinQ from previous year:

Let’s start with the similarity. The front has a big ol’ notch at the top, the rear fingerprint scanner is in comparatively the same place, there’s a dual camera system, a glossy finish, and a massive LG logo at the back.

Oh yeah, and the headphone jack is still there, which is surely nice.

The only major differences we notice between last year’s G7 and these leaked renders is that the dual camera arrangement is now horizontally-aligned and the front-facing camera appears to have been upgraded to a dual-lens configuration. Those are both welcome changes, for certain, but is that actually all it takes to move from G7 to G8?

Unfortunately, it appears any LG fans who were looking for a triple-lens camera (as was on the LG V40 ThinQ), an in-display fingerprint scanner, a waterdrop notch, slope colors, or any of the other design features trending right now in the smartphone industry will be dissatisfied with these renders.

There’s still the possibility, though, that this G8 could feature an optional second screen addition. If that’s the case, LG could be relying solely on that innovation to push sales.

What do you think? Is LG making a misfire here, or are you still thrilled for the LG G8 ThinQ? Let us distinguish in the comments.
