The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G pre-order started last month. Verizon continues to enlarge 5G service so we’re expecting additional from the company. If you’ve been eyeing the latest 5G phone from the South Korean tech massive, now is the time. Verizon is offering the device entirely but only for a limited period. You can enjoy as much as $650 discount if you buy from several of the above and Beyond limitless plans. Choose any plan and obtain Verizon 5G Ultra Wideband access at no extra cost.

Verizon 5G Ultra Wideband costs several $10 and receiving it as part of your plan is a nice offer. Verizon started offering the 5G variant of the Samsung Galaxy S10 in the United States only yesterday, May 16. The phone can be availed directly from verizonwireless.com and Verizon stores.

After Chicago and Minneapolis, Verizon is as well rolling out 5G in 29 more cities this year. The next 5G cities will contain Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, Des Moines, Dallas, Detroit, Denver, Houston, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Little Rock, Memphis, Providence, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, San Diego, and Washington DC1.

Aside from 5G Ultra Wideband, the 5G Home broadband connectivity will also be presented soon in several of the cities listed. Verizon earlier confirmed 5G network launch and associated mobile Internet improvements and looks like things are prepared. The 5G Mobility Service that was announced a few months ago was also made obtainable for the 5G Moto Mod and Moto Z3.

The Galaxy S10 5G variant is slightly dissimilar from the usual Galaxy S10. It’s a much-improved version that made its way to becoming the latest DxOMark King. To review, the Galaxy S10 5G comes with a 6.7-inch cinematic Dynamic AMOLED screen, a pro-grade camera structure (3D Depth Sensing camera and Time of Flight integrated), 4500 mAh battery, and a 256GB or 512GB onboard storage space.

Samsung Galaxy A2 Core Android Go phone user manual leaked

Samsung Galaxy A2 Core

Latest Android Go phone is on its way. We’re certain of that and so we only have to stay for the official announcement. The phone is almost ready as its user manual just surfaced on the web. Samsung’s next Android Go smartphone is set to launch soon but we have no idea when exactly. Maybe just before this month ends. But then yet again it’s only three days before March is over. The next Galaxy A series seems to be truly special in this category because of the lightweight Android knowledge and of course, the price.

The Galaxy J2 Core’s user manual has leaked somewhere which means the photos we’ve been seeing are close to the actual thing. The phone is entry-level with only 1GB of RAM. That may not offer much in performance but if you require a basic device that can do basic smartphone features, then the J2 Core is enough.

Samsung Galaxy A2 Core is listed with model number SM-A260F. You can obtain a manual in English. Read and see for yourself what the phone can do and offer.

The Galaxy A2 Core could price around $100 or even less. The old J2 Core was only $90 so we’re looking just about that price point.

As the first Android Go from the Galaxy A line, this Samsung Galaxy A2 Core will be extraordinary. Expect the device to roll out in South Africa and India in a few months.

Galaxy S10 face unlock isn’t only pointless, it’s also a liability

samsung-galaxy-s10-sg-25-1280x720When Samsung was rumored to be leaving with an Infinity-O hole-in display, there was one effect that wasn’t talked about as much. The shift to a more constrained design meant that Samsung could no longer present the face and iris recognition systems it had been working on for years, something it officially established at Unpacked 2019 last month. Instead, Samsung is an evasion to a more basic Face Unlock functionality that, judging by reports, is possibly better left disabled anyway.

There’s a reason why Apple was forced to consume its pride and go away a notch on the iPhone X’s face. The hardware it wants to execute its protected Face ID won’t fit in a waterdrop notch, much less a punch hole cutout. Android phones have previously been criticized for having less than protected face recognition systems but the Galaxy S10 might be taking it to an absurd level.

There are now three high-profile confirmations on the Internet proving how simple it is to unlock the Galaxy S10. AndroidWorld.it performed the most ordinary test, that of holding a photo of the owner’s face in front of a locked Galaxy S10+. And not an easy flat, physical photo but one from a smartphone where the light coming off the photo should already clue Face recognition sensors in.

But it isn’t just motionless photos even. Unbox Therapy even tried using a YouTube with his moving face in close up and it unlocked the Galaxy S10 three times out of three tries. Not everybody may have a YouTube video of themselves but we bet any video will do too.

Almost everyone does have a relation though, and some might share some family similarity too. Jane Manchun Wong, well-known for unearthing investigational features from social networks, discovered that the Galaxy S10+ doesn’t even care about gender. She was capable to unlock her brother’s phone with no complexity.

To be fair, Samsung does warn users when enabling Face Unlock that it could be anxious and is more a matter of convenience. It is handiness, however, that comes with a steep price. Almost anyone who can figure out the owner’s identity could potentially unlock the Galaxy S10 and, agreed how much of ourselves we post online, that perhaps isn’t that difficult these days.

Samsung Galaxy A90 details leaked, may feature a sliding-rotating camera system

Samsung Galaxy A90 Leaked

The Galaxy A Series is receiving another model in the form of the Galaxy A90. This isn’t the first time we’re hearing about this but details regarding the SM-A905F surfaced online previous month. The phone will supposedly have a pop-up camera. Concept images were made public earlier this month and were once another time shown with a pop-up camera design. Today, we’re learning that the Samsung Galaxy A90 may appear with a mix of sliding and rotating camera arrangement. OnLeaks (Steve H.) said it’s a combination of the OPPO Find X and the OPPO N1.

The idea of the latest system is to allow the main camera to be used as both selfie and back camera. Depending on the arrangement, the camera of the Galaxy A90 can be used as also a rear cam or a selfie shooter.

The details are still scarce but don’t be puzzled yet. We only have the two images to tell us what’s going on.

We remember Chinese leakster IceUniverse tweeting “A90, perfect”. Those two words don’t say much but the “perfect” is the whole thing. It could mean a perfect screen, great camera, or a perfect design.

The images don’t show any notch or camera hole. The camera is unseen so we can anticipate a bezel-less screen. The pop-up selfie camera idea is a first from Samsung so we’re exciting how this one will be implemented.

The Samsung Galaxy A90 is a mid-range phone. While the pop-up selfie or sliding camera arrangement is a new feature, this could mean a trial before the same is implemented on premium flagships. Let’s wait and see.

Samsung Galaxy A10 renders leaked online, launching expected soon in India

Samsung launched the Galaxy A30 and A50 at this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019 in Barcelona, and there could be the third phone in the series. Photos of the Galaxy A10 have leaked online, and the image renders showed the device with a case at the backside.

Samsung has previously confirmed that it plans a swing of launches in India, counting a revamped Galaxy A series phones. The company is launching its Galaxy M30 phone today in the evening.

According to the images shared on SlashLeaks, the Galaxy A10 is seen with a case at the rear and it looks like the phone has a single camera at the rear and a waterdrop notch design at the frontage where the selfie camera is positioned.

The Galaxy A10’s loudspeaker can be seen at the rear of the device. Previously leaks have claimed the Galaxy A10 will run the Exynos 7884B processor, contain a 6.2-inch HD+ display and a 4000 mAh battery.

Previously Reuters had reported that the Samsung Galaxy A series will launch in India in March 2019 and it will have a price range of Rs 10,000 to Rs 50,000. Like the Galaxy M phones, Samsung is once more targeting millennials with the Galaxy A phones.

Samsung has several ambitious plans with its Galaxy A devices. “This is going to be actually big … We’re talking about (sales) in the series of $4 billion in this year, in terms of just the Galaxy A series,” is what Ranjivjit Singh, Samsung India’s chief marketing officer, told Reuters.

The company had supposed that India will be one of the first markets where the Galaxy A series will launch and that will set up four devices in total.

Coming to the Galaxy A10, earlier reports have also said this will sport an in-display fingerprint scanner. Other leaked specifications of the Galaxy A10 are 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage space attached with 13MP back camera and a 5MP front camera.

The Galaxy Fold is coming: what you need to know

Now we recognize why Samsung chose the Bill Graham auditorium in San Francisco for the launch of its latest devices. It was here that Steve Jobs showed the world the Apple II in 1977, a device that changed computing forever. Over four decades later, Samsung is kick-starting the next era of smartphones with the Galaxy Fold, a smartphone that opens up into a 7.3-inch tablet offers a flawless flow of content from one screen to another and gives a foldable screen where you don’t see the fold or the hinge underneath.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold, which marks the 10th year of the Galaxy Series, is a thick phone to appear at otherwise. But then Samsung has learned from the 2 billion devices that it has sold in the series so far. And this thick, box-like phone opens up into a striking big squarish screen.

The phones work above all because of what Samsung calls app permanence. The content on the outer screen seamlessly flows into the bigger screen as you unfold it. This will be at the core of how this device will be used.

Samsung Galaxy Fold specifications

*7.3-inch QXGA+ display on the inside (4:2:3 aspect ratio)
*4.6-inch HD+ display on the outside (21:9 aspect ratio)
Two batteries add up to 4,380mAh of capacity
*Unnamed 7nm processor
*512GB storage, 12GB RAM
‘*Wireless PowerShares
*Three cameras on the outside (16MP+12MP+12MP) and another three (10MP+8MP+10MP) on the inside
*Samsung OneUI interface

Also, this latest phone takes multi-tasking to a whole new-fangled level. This is the only phone on which you can do three-app multi-tasking. While this is a testament of how Samsung has worked on the software, it also tells you the type of power this device packs. Moving one of these apps to a superior display is as easy as drag and drop.
The phone also packs six cameras in it. At the back, there are three cameras, while within on the tablet side is two cameras for selfies. The folded phone offers one camera in front. This is the latest standard for what a smartphone can achieve.
The phone is clearly a few weeks away from receiving into consumer’s hands. Even at the demo zone after the launch event, the phone was not on display.
But then this is not a phone for everyone. The Samsung Galaxy Fold is priced at $1980, a new high for any mass production phone. When the phone becomes available for sale a few weeks from now, it will be sold as a luxury device — a phone that everyone aspires to, but very few will actually buy. The Galaxy Fold will go on sale starting April 26. Samsung has clearly unfolded the future… the era of the folded phones.

Samsung Galaxy M30 to launch in India on February 27, a day ahead of Redmi Note 7

Samsung Galaxy M30 will launch in India on February 27, just a day ahead of Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 launches in the market. Samsung’s Galaxy M30 will be Amazon exclusive similar to the Galaxy M10 and M20 phones before it. Samsung tweeted out details for the launch of its Galaxy M30 on its Twitter page. The price of the Galaxy M30 is predictable to be Rs 14,990 for the base variant, according to previous reports.

The Galaxy M series from Samsung is slanting as a challenger to the Redmi phones in the market. The Galaxy M10 and M20 were launched first in January with a starting price of Rs 7,990 and Rs 10,990 respectively. Samsung has reserved the Galaxy M series as online exclusive and said that the phones are targeted towards millenials

Galaxy M30 will have a Super AMOLED Infinity V display series. The Galaxy M series is the first from the company to sport a notched display. The Galaxy M10 and M20 though came with an LCD display, and not a SAMOLED similar to the M30 is tipped to sport.

The Galaxy M30 will also arrive with a triple camera as is obvious from the image shared by Samsung on its Twitter page. The details of the triple camera arrangement are unclear.

The phone will carry on with a 5000 mAh battery as we proverb on the Galaxy M20 device. The Galaxy M30 will also be power-driven by the Exynos 7904 processor from the company, which is an octa-core one with two RAM and storage space configurations anticipated.

Samsung Galaxy M30 will have a 4GB+64GB choice and a higher 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage. The Galaxy M30 will be expected to have a dedicated microSD slot as we saw on the previous phones. The phone will also be dual-SIM.

Samsung Galaxy M30 will be unveiled on Amazon India at 6 pm. The Galaxy M30 will be online exclusive and sold via Amazon and Samsung’s own online store as well.

In comparison, the Galaxy M10 was launched in two variant in India; 2GB RAM+16GB inside storage space at Rs 7,990 and 3GB RAM+32GB storage space at Rs 8,990. The Galaxy M20 starts at Rs 10,990 for 3GB RAM+32GB storage and Rs 12,990 for 4GB RAM+64GB storage space.

Samsung foldable phone patent is weird and might arrive next week

There are patents that we desire were made genuine and there are some patents we wish would never see the light of day. Samsung’s newly-granted patent might fall somewhere in between. For improved or worse, it might also be the foldable phone that Samsung will really show off at its Unpacked event next week. Taking a page from ZTE’s Axon M book, the patent shows a phone with two screens instead of one. The difference is that it can really fold both ways.

One of the main obstacle in the way of foldable phones is the screen. Although Samsung has mastered the art of bent displays, a flexible panel that gets twisted again and again at a single point is a superior challenge than one that’s permanently curved forever. The likes of the Kyocera Echo and the ZTE Axon M have “solved” this by employing two screens that like side by side to make one better display.

While that does offer a sensible solution, it creates latest ones, most especially the bezel and seam created between the two panels. According to LetsGoDigital, Samsung’s new patent skirts the subject by using its Infinity Display with curved edges. Of course, instead of a seam, you get a valley in the middle. While it may create an delusion of one single display, swiping your finger across it will simply break that illusion.

That’s not the only twist to this foldable phone idea. Samsung seems to have taken both the Kyocera Echo and the Axon M designs and made the phone able of folding in both directions. It can fold in, with the two screens opposite each other, protecting them from the exterior world. Or they can fold out, creating what is basically a dual screen phone. Or two phones stacked on top of each other, back to back.

You might argue that this is a patent anyhow and that it doesn’t mean it will become a real product. That is usually true of all patents but this case might be an exemption. Samsung’s latest Unpacked 2019 video included hints of its foldable phone, and one of them seemed to propose that same “valley” gap produced by having two curved edge screens side by side.

Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus hands-on image leaked

Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus hands-on image leaked
Samsung Galaxy S10

This is the Samsung Galaxy S10. It’s truly the Plus variant because of the extended hole for the dual selfie cameras. Mobile Fun posted this hands-on video of the smartphone so we suppose it is true. The mobile accessories website has been our consistent source for future products of imminent smartphones and other mobile gadgets. We’ve lost count of how numerous protective phone cases we’ve featured earlier than official announcements. The Mobile Fun phone case we see here in the video also shows a round hole located in the lower middle of the screen. Obviously, this is for the under-display fingerprint sensor.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus phone here looks really big. We’re probably looking at a 6.4-inch screen as per a new leak.

The phone appears too big for one hand of the person holding it. It is predictable the Galaxy S10 will be a bit smaller than this.

Here’s what we recognize so far about the specs and features of the Samsung Galaxy S10+ (S10 Plus): a 6.4-inch screen, 3040 x 1440 pixel resolution, triple back cameras (12 f/2.4 45-degree telephoto, 12MP f/1.5 77-degree regular, and a 16MP f/2.2 fixed-focus 123-degree ultra-wide), double selfie cameras, USB Type C, 4100mAh battery, HDR10+ playback, AKG speakers, and AKG headphones. The Galaxy S10+ may have as much as 12GB of RAM and 1TB of storage space capacity.

The following are special camera features we listed yesterday: Super stable video recording, Full-HD Super Slow Motion, HDR10+ video recording, Flaw Detection improvement, Best Shot, and Scene Optimizer with Ultra Wide Angle support.

Samsung Galaxy M30 design, hardware layout leaked

Samsung Galaxy M30 design, hardware layout leaked

The Galaxy M series has been approximately since 2012 as an offering with AMOLED tech to the budget crowd. We forgot about it until the Galaxy M20 was benchmarked as early on as November last year. More Samsung Galaxy M and Galaxy a series details were leaked followed by a Geekbench sighting. Galaxy M phones are absolutely coming and we shared with you what we recognize so far. Samsung Galaxy M30 specs soon followed with a mention of a notched display.

The Samsung Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M10 launched in India a couple of weeks ago. The Galaxy M30 has yet to arrive and looks like its prepared real soon.

PriceKart.com obtainable a Samsung Galaxy M30 but as part of a schematic diagram. We see the latest smartphone with three cameras on the rear, dissimilar from the dual system on the Galaxy M20.

The triple camera will contain two 5MP sensors and one 13MP shooter. Telephoto and wide lens could be part of the camera arrangement.

There is still a back fingerprint scanner so don’t anticipate an under-display fingerprint sensor like what will be used on the Galaxy S10 and S10+. The Galaxy M30 phone will be out in blue and black with a gradient finish.
