Samsung Galaxy S10, S10+ and S10e to soon obtain support for 25W quick charging

Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, and Galaxy S10e to soon obtain 25W fast charging support. This was confirmed by Samsung’s Greater China President Quan Guixian throughout a meeting with the fans at a Samsung store in China. It was established that this will be an over-the-air (OTA) update according to a report by ITHome.

According to the report, the OTA update will begin rolling out to all users sometime next month. To recall, the feature was previously present inside of the Galaxy S10 5G variant at the time of launch. It is also obtainable on the recently launched Samsung Galaxy A70.

ZTE Axon V, Axon S concept smartphones come with unique camera designs

ZTE may have had a forceful year but there is no stopping the Chinese OEM for coming up with latest and innovative smartphones. It’s working on foldable phones as image renders go online. The brand rolled out a 5G phone previously–the ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G–after the ZTE Blade V10 was introduced at the MWC 2019. There is also the sub-brand Nubia with the Nubia Alpha and Nubia Red Magic Mars. The next-generation of flagship phones may contain these two Axon devices: the ZTE Axon S and the ZTE Axon V.
Both are concept phones. We don’t doubt the possibility they will be available soon so let’s just wait and see.

ZTE Axon V

Let’s begin with the ZTE Axon V. This smartphone shows an attractive design that we haven’t seen in any other phones. At first glimpse, it looks like a rough phone. Most people may see this as a camera-centric smartphone because of the design but the larger display is mainly the reason why the camera is protruding on the right side.

The goal is extremely small bezels without a notch. While other OEMs are implementing the notch or camera home in frontage, here’s ZTE with a unique design. It’s not just a common selfie camera system. The ZTE Axon V boasts a 3D camera sticking out of the chassis.

As for the ZTE Axon S, this concept device is a slider phone. The slider design isn’t exactly latest but the camera here slides out from the side instead of from the top.

POCO F2 benchmark surfaces, hinting at Snapdragon 855 & Android Q

The previous few months have seen rising interest in the POCO F1, a phone from yet one more Xiaomi sub-brand, Pocophone. The phone will supposedly have a pop-up camera. Concept images were made public earlier this month and were once another time shown with a pop-up camera design. Today, we’re learning that the Samsung Galaxy A90 may appear with a mix of sliding and rotating camera arrangement. OnLeaks (Steve H.) said it’s a combination of the OPPO Find X and the OPPO N1.

The idea of the latest system is to allow the main camera to be used as both selfie and back camera. Depending on the arrangement, the camera of the Galaxy A90 can be used as also a rear cam or a selfie shooter.

The details are still scarce but don’t be puzzled yet. We only have the two images to tell us what’s going on.

We remember Chinese leakster IceUniverse tweeting “A90, perfect”. Those two words don’t say much but the “perfect” is the whole thing. It could mean a perfect screen, great camera, or a perfect design.

The images don’t show any notch or camera hole. The camera is unseen so we can anticipate a bezel-less screen. The pop-up selfie camera idea is a first from Samsung so we’re exciting how this one will be implemented.

Samsung Galaxy A10 renders leaked online, launching expected soon in India

Samsung launched the Galaxy A30 and A50 at this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019 in Barcelona, and there could be the third phone in the series. Photos of the Galaxy A10 have leaked online, and the image renders showed the device with a case at the backside.

Samsung has previously confirmed that it plans a swing of launches in India, counting a revamped Galaxy A series phones. The company is launching its Galaxy M30 phone today in the evening.

According to the images shared on SlashLeaks, the Galaxy A10 is seen with a case at the rear and it looks like the phone has a single camera at the rear and a waterdrop notch design at the frontage where the selfie camera is positioned.

The Galaxy A10’s loudspeaker can be seen at the rear of the device. Previously leaks have claimed the Galaxy A10 will run the Exynos 7884B processor, contain a 6.2-inch HD+ display and a 4000 mAh battery.

Previously Reuters had reported that the Samsung Galaxy A series will launch in India in March 2019 and it will have a price range of Rs 10,000 to Rs 50,000. Like the Galaxy M phones, Samsung is once more targeting millennials with the Galaxy A phones.

Samsung has several ambitious plans with its Galaxy A devices. “This is going to be actually big … We’re talking about (sales) in the series of $4 billion in this year, in terms of just the Galaxy A series,” is what Ranjivjit Singh, Samsung India’s chief marketing officer, told Reuters.

The company had supposed that India will be one of the first markets where the Galaxy A series will launch and that will set up four devices in total.

Coming to the Galaxy A10, earlier reports have also said this will sport an in-display fingerprint scanner. Other leaked specifications of the Galaxy A10 are 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage space attached with 13MP back camera and a 5MP front camera.

Xiaomi is probable to launch the Mi 9, the Mi 9 Explorer version, a smartwatch, and a new Mi router. The basic flagship will cost ¥3499 ($517) while the Mi 9 Explorer Edition will be ¥5999 ($887).
