The pop-up selfie camera design is this year’s notch. Last year, the temper was all about the notch on the front display, housing the selfie camera, and ensuing in an almost bezel-less screen. To attain a fully bezel-less display, there are two possibilities: use a pop-up selfie shoot or implement a slider mechanism. Think Vivo V15/V15 Pro, Vivo X27, Vivo NEX, Samsung Galaxy A80, OPPO F11 Pro, OPPO Find X, Honor Magic 2, and the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3. These phones have unseen the selfie cameras, eliminating the requirement for a notch or a camera hole.

We can’t say if the two designs that conceal the front-facing cameras will turn into standards in the market but we won’t be astonished at all if top OEMs like Huawei use them. The Samsung Galaxy A80 launched with a slider design and rotating cameras.

Huawei used the similar idea on the Honor Magic 2. The Chinese company is anticipated to use the design more in the future. The pop-up selfie cam design may also be used by Huawei as revealed off in the renders of the Huawei P Smart Z.

The Huawei P30 series immobile features a notch but a next phone offering could have the pop-up selfie camera design. Even the Huawei P Smart 2019 version still uses a dewdrop notch.

The next phones, the Huawei P Smart Z and the Huawei P Smart X, could be out in the Netherlands first since the renders appeared on a Dutch website.

The Huawei P Smart Z mid-range phone is said to swank the following specs and features: 6.59-inch Full HD+ screen, 2340 × 1080 pixel declaration, 391ppi, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 16MP pop-up selfie camera and f/2.0 lens, octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 710 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB onboard storage space, and a 4000mAh battery. The back dual cameras are a combination of 16MP f/1.8 and 2MP f/2.4 sensor.

Huawei will preserve the 3.5mm headphone port and back fingerprint scanner. Color options contain Blue, Green, and Black. Pricing may start at €210 ($234).

Not getting the Huawei P30 just yet? At least enjoy the wallpapers, themes

Huawei P30 Wallpapers

While the newly announced Huawei P30 and P30 Pro seem to be appealing impressive (especially for those crazy for mobile photography), the price tag, just like other latest flagships, will maybe make you think twice. We can anticipate that most flagship devices will frequently be more luxurious and if they don’t give us reason adequate to upgrade or spend in it, we’re going to have a big problem in the smartphone industry. But meanwhile, in better-off and more mundane news, you can obtain the P30 wallpapers and themes onto your phone if you wish for too.

An XDA contributor named DarkJoker360 very kindly shared the latest wallpapers and themes from Huawei’s newest flagship device so that users who would wish to sport them can sideload them onto their well-matched devices. The wallpapers contain those called Jade Fairyland, Golden Era, Amber Sunrise, Skyline, and 8 others. The 12 wallpapers are all 2340 x 2340 in size and the uncompressed versions can be accessed when you take out from the zip file. Then you can go and select the one you desire for your wallpaper and follow how your device changes its own.

As for the P30 themes, well the terrible news is that they will only work for Huawei and Honor phones that are running on EMUI 9. So if you’re using a phone that is not from Huawei, then you probably should not be annoying to install a theme like that anyway. But if you do have a well-suited device, download from the source link, then extract throughout your device. You will have to place the .hwt file in the Themes folder and then unlock the built-in themes app. The extracted themes should be there previously so you can opt which one you want to have.

The Huawei P30 should be a pretty excellent device to have if you’re looking to upgrade and you have the budget. It has a 6.1-inch OLED screen with a 2340 x 1080 pixel resolution. It is motorized in the Kirin 980 chipset which should make it open apps quicker and make AI-powered features attractive accessible. It has 6GB RAM and 128GB storage space which is, of course, expandable as well. Power wise, it has a 3,650mAh battery and supports the 25W Huawei SuperCharge feature.

It’s the camera while where this device really shines. It has three back cameras with a 40MP SuperSpectrum wide-angle lens, a 16MP ultra wide angle lens, and an 8MP with 3x optical zoom and OIS (the P30 Pro has four rear cameras!) Unfortunately, if you exist in the US, you won’t be capable to buy the flagships from Huawei, understandable known the problems it has with the US government. Outside the US, it should be no difficulty to get these babies, if you have €799 and above.

Huawei P30 Lite (Nova 4E) benchmark found, performance over Xperia 10 Plus

Huawei-P30-Lite-case

Huawei P30 series officially announced this month by Huawei.

It is unclear whether it will be announced all together with the high-end P30 and P30 Pro, but there is no doubt that the low-end model of the series, P30 Lite, will be announced and out shortly.

And this time, it seems that a benchmark score that is measured to be one more model of this Huawei P30 Lite, Nova 4E, has been found on Geek bench.

As per the leaked specification, the memory is 6GB RAM.

The score is about 5400 points.

This score is fairly high for the mid-series, for example, Sony Mobile’s latest Xperia, Xperia 10 Plus is around 4800 with Snapdragon 636.

On the other hand, Xperia 10 Plus has memory storage of 4 / 6GB + storage space capacity 64GB and 429 euros, while Huawei P30 Lite is 6GB + 128GB and 369 euros, so Cospa is pretty excellent.

Huawei Upcoming Smartphone P30 Pro :Image leaked

Huawei P 30 Pro

Huawei may have now launched its last Android phone offering for the year–the Honor View20–but the top Chinese OEM still has various good news for the remaining days of the year. Well, our latest conclusion may not be official but at least we’ve assumed an idea of how the next-gen premium flagship smartphone will look like. After the Huawei Mate 20 series, we’re doing in advance the Huawei P30 phones that we distinguish will be unveiled in March–a few weeks or around the same time as Samsung unpacks the new-fangled Galaxy S10 models.

Spotted on Weibo is this photo of what is alleged to be the Huawei P30 Pro. The Pro variant of the next Huawei P phone is predictable to be better than this year’s Huawei P20 Pro.

The Huawei P20 Pro is still on the top spot at DxOMark after closely nine months. It remains unbeaten because of the advanced technologies but we have a feeling it will be passed by the next P Pro phone–the Huawei P30 Pro.

Huawei P30 Pro Case

We’ve understood the Huawei P30 Pro defensive phone cases revealed on Mobile Fun. We see the four cameras at the back but the newest image from China shows a different placement of the LED flash and the fourth camera. The notches are dissimilar. The image on Mobile Fun shows a waterdrop notch (curved V) while the latest photo shows a U-shaped notch.

The Huawei P30 Pro could come to with four cameras from the triple back camera situation of the Huawei P20 Pro. The notched design is dissimilar–U-shaped versus the wide notch of the other model.

The bezels are meaningfully reduced especially on the forehead and chin. The Huawei P20 Pro has a large chin where the fingerprint scanner is located.

As for the Huawei P30 Pro, we don’t see any physical switch in front. We’re assuming the company will instrument the “Dynamic Pressure Sensing” in-screen scanner similar to what it used on the Mate 20 Pro.

Huawei P Smart Series 2019 leak exposes waterdrop notch, powerful chipset

Huawei P Series

The Huawei P Smart was one of the better-equipped economical phones in the first half of 2018. Featuring a double camera arrangement, rear fingerprint scanner and a full HD+ 18:9 display, it ticked plenty of boxes for a sub-$300 device.

We’ve seen an indication for the Huawei P Smart 2019 before, and now German tech website WinFuture has published images of the allegedly imminent device. The images show us a phone with a waterdrop notch (hosting a solitary camera) and a dual-camera arrangement with “AI camera” branding.

The AI branding means we can perhaps expect scene gratitude and other smart camera features on the phone. We’re also willing to see the waterdrop notch, as it’s quickly swapping the standard notch as the display cut out of choice for manufacturers.

The original P Smart’s biggest weakness was debatably the Kirin 659 chipset, as it featured an aging design with an octa-core Cortex-A53 CPU layout. Fortunately, WinFuture reports that the P Smart 2019 will pack a new Kirin 710 processor instead. This 12nm octa-core chipset features four Cortex-A53 cores and four hardwearing Cortex-A73 cores, making for a big power upgrade in theory.

Other supposed specs contain 3GB or 4GB of RAM, 32GB or 64GB of expandable storing, a 6.2-inch full HD+ LCD screen, and a 3,320mAh battery. The website also advises it could offer microUSB connectivity and a 250-euro price tag.

We’ve seen sufficiently of competition in the budget sector this year though, as the likes of Asus, Honor, Realme, and Xiaomi all brought great budget devices. Between the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and Realme series, it’s clear the P Smart 2019 will want to stage up to stay inexpensive. Hopefully, the final price tag and the rest of the spec sheet lives up to our lofty prospects.
